To complete registration you need to Log In:

• Select the orange menu option on the top right

• Select your dashboard

• Complete any missing info that is colored in red

• Submit a waiver via DocuSign from your dashboard

• If all else fails, send your name, email, phone, gender, home address, and date of birth directly to: Results@preventionpods.com
